Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash), the business data you put into your workspace (contacts, deals, jobs, messages, files), and basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser) used to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
To run Hubsyra: authenticate you, store and display your workspace data, send messages you ask us to send, process payments, prevent abuse, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
Your customers' data
Contact records you store in Hubsyra are processed on your instructions. You are the controller of that data; we are a processor. If one of your customers asks you to delete their data, deleting the contact in Hubsyra removes it from the live database.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run the service: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — we never see card numbers), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Anthropic (AI drafting features, only for the text you ask the AI to work on). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: your login session and your active-workspace selection. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit, webhook payloads are signed, and production secrets are stored outside the codebase. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays as long as your account is active. Delete your account (or ask us) and we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (like invoices).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time — most of it directly in the app, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (GDPR, CCPA); email us and we'll honor them.
