Terms of Service

1. The service
Hubsyra is a customer relationship management platform operated by Velle Digital ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Hubsyra you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your workspace. Keep your password safe and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
3. Your data
You own the data you put into Hubsyra — contacts, deals, files, and everything else. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to run the service. You're responsible for having a lawful basis (such as consent) for the customer data you store and the messages you send through Hubsyra.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Hubsyra to send spam or unlawful messages, to store content you have no right to store, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively.
6. Beta features
Features marked beta (for example, parts of the social suite) are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Hubsyra fast and available but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we'll make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Hubsyra after a change means you accept the new terms.
